Monitor results of all incoming raw material deliveries for issues and trends relating to damage, infestation and quality or legality problems. Review supplier batch documentation, including test certificates, assignment of batch number and updating records. Review and interpret test reports provided by suppliers to verify the compliance of the raw material to product specifications. Liaise with external Analytical and Microbiology Laboratories for any additional product testing where required; review and interpret test results to verify the raw material compliance to product specifications.
