Role: Food Buyer Location: Hybrid (London HQ) Salary: £50-55K + Benefits My client is a well-established leading hospitality group who have a fantastic reputation and an incredible portfolio of 250+ sites across the UK. They are currently seeking a Food Buyer to join their team immediately. The successful Food Buyer, reporting into the Procurement Manager, will be responsible for the entire food category function; maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing suppliers while seeking opportunities with new suppliers to enhance the business position across all buying categories. * Business cost saving initiatives: Support the Procurement Manager and/or independently challenging costs within the business to find cost savings and efficiencies across buying categories. * Ability to run competitive and gap analysis in all procurement exercises.
