Our Topshop Croydon store is looking for an inspirational individual to manage the TOPSHOP Brand, who is passionate about motivating and developing their team to achieve great results. This role would be relevant to someone with experience managing a store with a minimum turnover of £1 million. The store has an annual turnover of £2.3 million pa. Reporting to the Store Manager you will: Key Strengths Genuine love of the Topshop brands Passion for delivering the ultimate customer experience to our customers Strong commercial awareness and a proven track record of delivering results Ability to deliver TOPSHOP visual experience in accordance with brand guidelines.
