ASSISTANT MANAGER - BRANDED RESTAURANT

Our client operates a number of premium restaurants in high footfall venues, in major urban markets throughout the UK. They are a group of stylish modern restaurants serving good quality, simple, freshly-prepared dishes. They are currently looking for a driven Assistant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team.

As an Assistant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will assist the General Manager in setting targets, planning budgets, controlling stock, recruiting, training and inspiring your team, creating and driving marketing campaigns and building bridges with the local community. Ideally you will already be from a branded restaurant-led background with previous experience as an Assistant Manager.
