Assistant Manager - Kendal

A team of designers constantly travel the world to source the most up to date materials, shapes and trends and use the latest technology to create a unique and extensive collection of the finest handbags, shoes, luggage, small leather goods and accessories that sell throughout the world.They currently have an opportunity in their fast paced, vibrant Kendal store for an Assistant Manager.

You will work closely with the Branch Manager, ensuring that the team delivers the most exceptional one to one customer service and that sales targets are consistently achieved. With your strong understanding of current fashion trends and competitor awareness, you will ensure that the visual concept is commercial and attractive, and that the strong standards that the company is famous for are upheld. You will be involved in the monitoring of KPI targets, ensuring that the branch exceeds sales targets whilst minimising costs and shrinkage.You will be responsible for training, developing and motivating staff to ensure a happy and highly skilled work force. Applicants must be experienced managers, ideally from a fashion or footwear brand, however applications from candidates with strong experience with other luxury products i.e. homewares, jewellery and cosmetics, will also be considered.
