A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Buying Manager on Womenswear, reporting into the Head of Buying for Womenswear the job holders primary accountability is to take lead, proactively monitor and manage the Range Development process in line with the Brand Product Strategy, ensuring that the team develops the Range to the Range Plan and that they produce a collection that maximises sales, achieves target margin and appeals to the Jaeger customer profile.
You should have the following experience:
developing collections in house, product development, negotiations, coaching, developing and mentoring people Critical Path Management Eye for detail with quality clothing/fabric Experience sourcing in the far east and Europe Managing a team of 3 Buyers and their reports - strong team leaderReporting directly to Head of Buying Womenswear Ability to influence internal customers & suppliersGood mix of high street & luxury experienceHappy to travel extensively Jaeger is an equal opportunities employer.
