Assistant Manager / Assistant Store Manager
The Company:
Our client is a sales-based high street retailer. They are experiencing significant growth making this company a market leader. They are currently looking for a driven Assistant Manager / Assistant Store Manager to join the team.
Job Role - Assistant Manager / Assistant Store Manager:
Your role will be to support the Store Manager in maximising store sales performance and to achieve individual and store targets, through the sale of products and add-ons etc. As the Assistant Manager / Assistant Store Manager, you will provide the team with clear direction on a day to day basis, actively encouraging team development in order to drive business performance and identify and meet customers needs and exceed expectations.
Key Attributes - Assistant Manager / Assistant Store Manager:
- Ideally you will have management experience in a retail sales environment, either as an Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Department Manager, with experience of managing commission based sales teams
- Have the ability to plan and organise effectively in order to meet deadlines and utilise resources
- Experience of working with performance management and targets (managing KPI's)
