We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor with the ability to motivate and inspire a team within a fast paced Belfast store. You will support the management team in delivering store KPIs and operating a profitable store which represents the brand image and values, delivering premium levels of customer service through the effective supervision of store operations and the team. A good commercial understanding of the casual wear and denim markets is essential, and you will ensure that VM standards are delivered. As Supervisor you will reflect the values of the brand with integrity, honesty and respect for others, and demonstrate an enthusiasm and passion for the brand. Experience as a Supervisor within a fashion store is essential.
