We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for a top performing Glasgow store. You will assist the Store Manager in the delivery of sales targets and the running of an efficient, well-organised store within set budgets in order to achieve optimum profitability. Promoting high levels of customer service and ensuring the store team upholds the brand image will also be a key responsibility. We are seeking a strong people manager with the ability to motivate and train the store team, setting clear objectives, reviewing performance and feeding back strengths and development needs. As Assistant Manager you will reflect the values of the brand with integrity, honesty and respect for others, and demonstrate an enthusiasm and passion for the brand that will inspire and motivate your team. Experience as an Assistant Manager within fashion is essential, and you must have a strong track record of driving sales. A good commercial understanding of the casual wear and denim markets is essential, and you will ensure that VM standards are delivered.
