They are currently looking for a driven Pharmacy Store Manager to join the team.
Job Role - Pharmacy Store Manager:
Responsible for the smooth running of the pharmacy lead business, this is a challenging role for a professional Store Manager with a passion for the healthcare industry. Responsible for running a team of staff, you will be ensuring that store standards are maintained and you will be involved in the recruitment, training and development of personnel. You will be responsible for maximising store sales and adhering to store budgets and meeting profit targets.
Key Attributes - Pharmacy Store Manager:
- Fully qualified pharmacist
- Experience within healthcare retail
- Retail management experience, either as a Store Manager, Branch Manager or General Manager
- Working knowledge of payroll and cash handling
- Capable of delegating and leading
- Excellent track record of achievement: maximising sales and achieving / surpassing targets
