Assistant Manager- Luxury fashion, Swindon
Our client is a leading luxury retailer with stores in the UK and internationally.
They have a current opening for an Assistant Store Manager to join the business on a six month contract basis (until February 2009) however, this period could possibly be extended.
The role will encompass managing and motivating a small team to ensure all sales targets and KPI's are met and to ensure standards of excellence in store and service exceed the customers expectations.
We are seeking a charismatic and driven individual to join the team. To apply you will currently be operating at an Assistant Management/Supervisor level and ideally have experience of luxury goods.
The company offer a competitive basic salary and bonus scheme, with a very generous package.
Expected start date ASAP.
