Maintenance Manager

The successful candidate will be accountable for managing the maintenance of the Company’s properties, including our Stores, Head Office and Warehouse

Key Accountabilities of the role:
· Ensure day to day maintenance issues are handled effectively
· Execute projects within agreed timescales
· Prepare schedules of dilapidations and tender documentation to meet project design demand
· Co-ordinate all site works to ensure adherence to specification
· Ensure planning/legal and building regulations meet legal requirements
· Management of maintenance budget
· Ensure all contractors and suppliers adhere to quality standards to ensure statutory requirements are met
· Manage external reactive maintenance company

Person specification:
· Previous Maintenance Management experience gained from a retail or services employer
· Basic Health & Safety knowledge
· Excellent communication and relationship building skills
