Store Manager (Retail Sales) - Newry

Salary up to £26k basic (£35k circa OTE) + £3700 car allowance

As a ‘hands on’ Manager, you will need to have an immediate impact on your store.You will control a considerable store turnover operating across an average of 20,000 sq ft and be responsible for developing a store culture that is relentless in driving sales.

It is essential that you have the ability to engage, coach and develop your team in order to create team behaviours that will deliver customer service excellence.You will be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen.Exposure to full profit and loss accountability is a pre-requisite, ideally controlling turnover’s in excess of £2m million.You will be accustomed to being measured on various key performance indicators.

As our stores offer high levels of customer service from advising on product, carrying out home consultations, designing 3D computer aided plans and installing the products it is advantageous for candidates to have linked product experience.
