We are looking for a Change Manager to oversee communications and develop and deliver training within the extensive Merchandise & Location Planning Project (M&LP).
This is a fixed term role from end of June 2010 to March 2011.
The role will cover communications, managing key stakeholders within Buying and Merchandising, and training design development and delivery.
You will work to deliver the future ways of working for merchandise and location planning with the Project Sponsor, Business Lead, Project Manager and Change Team.
You will require knowledge and a strong understanding of merchandise business process, Change and Training, as well as a strong network within New Look to ensure that you are able to deliver and meet expectations. An understanding of what it is like to work on a Project and experience of creating or delivering training would be beneficial. |
