Helping customers find the right product for them by asking the right questions, sharing your product knowledge and providing product demonstrations. You will also work in all areas of the store as needed to support your colleagues to deliver store profit targets.
What will I be doing?
- Greeting customers, making them feel welcome in our store.
- Providing help & information to customers to find the right product & services to meet their needs.
- Learning about our products and services.
- Ensuring that all customers are satisfied both during the sale and after they have left the store.
- Resolving customer queries and complaints.
- Ensuring that all tickets and point of sale are accurate and up to date.
- Maintaining store standards and replenishing stock.
- Providing support in other areas of the store as required.
If you haven't got any experience in this area, don't worry we have a very comprehensive training programme that will help you learn everything you need to know.
