We are looking for candidates who have:
- a flair for fashion
- a proven track record in sales performance and store standards
- previous fashion visual merchandising experience
- the ability to drive new products and promotions
- experience of working in a customer focused retail environment
- the ability to motivate and lead a team
- the ability to move to other local stores for career progression
The TJ Hughes Management Training Programme will provide hands on experience of management life in a fast paced retail environment. The programme will introduce you to the TJ's brand and store operations while the structured workshops will focus on the core skills needed for a successful management career. Candidates will need to be available for selection on either 11th, 18th or 25th of August 2010. Venues for selection will be either our Sheffield or Watford store. The programme is planned to commence in September 2010.
