As a Commercial Manager at Bhs, your responsibilities will fall within the following 5 key areas; Sales, Service, Standards, People and Profit. You will support the Store Manager and the Operations Manager in delivering the business goals for your store, by providing strategic direction and natural leadership to the Sales Floor Managers and store teams. Its all about achieving results by developing a high performing team.

You will already be an established retail manager, with at least 2 years experience in a fast paced, high ?turnover fashion or home retailer. Along with your dynamic personality and can do attitude, your strong influencing skills, commercial awareness, professional impact and self assurance will allow you to excel at the challenges that are waiting for you.
