Our client is a leading UK highstreet electrical retail organisation. The business is currently experiencing a period of sustained growth in an exceptionally competitive environment. To ensure this continues, they are seeking to recruit a high calibre people manager with previous sales experience.
You will have previous experience in one to one sales and exposure to people management either a supervisor, department manager or deputy store manager's level. With a passion for achieving set sales targets, a people person with a commercial edge and a desire to drive your own career within the business forward you will be ambitious, not only for yourself but also for your company.
