What’s the role?
Our ER team is committed to providing a specialist ER Service by working closely with our HR Business Partners, Regional Managers and Line Managers to deliver best practice, compliance with company policies and world class customer service.
As an Employee Relations Advisor within our team you will provide an efficient and effective advisory service to all DSGi employees and line managers. Responsibilities include:
·Advising on Disciplinary, Grievance, Capability, Appeals, Long-term sickness, Absence without leave and Redundancy.
·Ensuring investigation notes are in line with DSGI’s policies and accurate information has been gathered to progress with the disciplinary/grievance process.
·Working closely with ER Administrators and ER Case Managers to ensure consistency and continuity in service delivery.
What are we looking for?
·Significant HR / ER advisory experience.
·Strong working knowledge of all major areas of HR/ ER and the ability to communicate and relate with all levels within an organisation
·Intermediate knowledge of MS packages
·A CIPD or CPP qualification OR the desire to study for qualification
