Assistant Store Manager

As part of our Retail Management team, you will require plenty of self motivation and a pro-active approach in assisting the Store Manager and your colleagues to achieve store standards whilst maintaining excellent customer service.
We believe that everyone has a part to play in the success of our stores and you will be involved in leading, developing and inspiring your store colleagues to meet individual and store objectives whilst increasing branch performance.
Previous Management or Supervisory experience within retail is desirable along with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your time and your team effectively.To succeed in this role you will also require a passion for retail and a flair for merchandising.
