Our Shop Managers are flexible, adaptable and proactive with a real ambition and desire to progress within the company. They are responsible for the day to day running of the betting shopandlead by example, interacting and building relationships with our customers to ensure they have an unforgettable experience on every visit.
You are an experienced retail manager and will be responsible for showing our customers the Coral experience by providing and driving exceptional customer service at all times whilst ensuring that you and your team understand and comply with all Gambling Commission regulations.
This role includes having responsibility for team moral, training and coaching, marketing and promotions, cash control, banking, compliance, health and safety and security.
You will have the support of a great team around you and will be working within an organisation that is seen as being innovative and forward thinking. We have a fantastic customer base which continues to grow through the introduction of industry leading products and services that our customers want like Sky and Coral TV. Skills, Knowledge and Behaviour
- Aged 18 or over
- Numerate (GSCE Mathematics is desirable)
- Previous customer service/retail experience (Essential)
- Supervisory/management experience (Essential)
- A flexible approach to working hours (Essential)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- You must be willing to work in neighbouring shops if required
