As an Operations Manager at Bhs, your responsibilities will fall within the following 5 key areas; Sales, Service, Standards, People and Profit. You will support the Store Manager and the Commercial Manager in driving sales and maximizing profit by delivering customer service expectations through a highly motivated store team and acting as an operational role model. Your role will be key in developing our people and communicating best practice policies and procedures, while providing strategic direction and natural leadership to the Operations team.
We'll support your good ideas and give you the breathing space to allow them to thrive, so that you see them take root and influence our bottom line. That way, you'll constantly broaden your experience and improve your expertise.
You will already be an established retail manager, with at least 2 years experience in a fast paced, high ?turnover fashion or home retailer. Along with your energetic personality and can do attitude, your strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and self motivation will allow you to excel at the challenges that are waiting for you.
