What's the role?
Proposition Development Manager
Joining the eCommerce team, the Proposition Development Manager will drive complex end to end business process engineering projects across the organisations ecommerce offering. Working with virtual teams from across the business this role will be responsible for identify project scope, defining business cases and implementing new business process that will drive the eCommerce roadmap and redefine the eCommerce operational model
What are we looking for?
- Significant project management experience
- Running a portfolio of high value projects concurrently.
- Successful track record in large scale BPR or process change projects
- Strategic and analytical thinker
- Ideally working within either ecommerce/online, retail environments or FMCG industry.
- Experience of six sigma techniques would be highly advantageous.
