Supply Chain Analyst

£23,500 - £35,000 plus excellent benefits
Working within a Category team you'll be accountable for managing the end-to-end supply of a specific product range from source to store, maximising on-shelf availability to our customers in the most cost-effective way. As well as managing stock flow, tracking shipments and monitoring performance, you'll also collaborate with buying teams and vendors to develop accurate forecasting.
KEY OBJECTIVES
· Maximise on shelf availability and maintaining Distribution Centre availability whilst managing and reducing associated costs
· Monitoring and managing service level performance - Overseas Sourcing Office, vendors, 3rd parties and DC
· Placing Import and Domestic Distribution Centre orders for Turn, Range Review and Event stock. Monitoring order status, resolving issues and tracking shipment of imported stock to ensure OTIF (on time in full). Monitoring movement from Port to DC
· Collaboration with Value Chain Planning to ensure timely and accurate completion of Activity Planners
· Managing existing homeless and trapped stock levels in both store and DC by tracking sales and engaging Commercial teams
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
· Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritise
· Good communicator who can challenge and influence at all levels and build strong internal networks
· An aptitude for working with technical systems and a good working knowledge of Excel
· Retail and Supply Chain experience is desirable.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
£23,500 - £35,000 depending on experience, Company Profit Share, pension, healthcare and relocation assistance, where appropriate.
