Store Manager Huddersfield
·1 priority is to drive Sales to maximize Profit goals for a specific store.
·Accountable to lead, coach and develop all Team Members to execute Company strategy and deliver Sales results.
·Responsible for all aspects of Store Management, including :execution to Company Standards, all aspects of recruiting, hiring, training, Customer Service, Visual Merchandising, Health & Safety and Store Operations.
·Ensures hours, wage dollars and scheduling guidelines are used to meet store’s staffing and target hours.
·Ensures compliance with all Company polices, procedures and standards and holds store team accountable.
·Accountable for maintaining a safe and secure store environment, training all staff in H&S procedures and reporting all non-compliant or H&S risks to District Managers and Store Facilities.
·Continuously scouts, sources, networks and interviews qualified candidates that fit the positions’/company’s needs.
