Are you an experienced pharmacist who can take personal responsibility for running an attractively presented, fully stocked Sainsbury's Pharmacy? It will mean using your expertise to give customers professional healthcare advice, as well as leading, motivating, developing and coaching your own team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants. So in addition to pharmaceutical knowledge and membership of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, you'll need the ability to get the most out of people in a busy, fast-moving environment where they are expected to deal with a huge variety of customer issues.
