We are now recruiting a DEPUTY MANAGER for our NEW STORE
OPEN now in STEVENAGE

We want our Deputy Managers to reflect our business, which is why successful applicants will be individuals who share our passion for the plus size market and have the knowledge and drive to provide excellence. Customer service is our number one priority; we aspire to getting it right, first and every time. As such we are looking for individuals who have a ‘can do’ attitude, possess the ability to manage a team and bring a strong commercial focus to our business.
What we’re looking for in a DEPUTY MANAGER:
- You will be a natural leader with fantastic communication, training and development skills.
- You will have the ability to work under pressure, manage change, adapt quickly and prioritise your work load all within our unique working environment.
- As an individual you will have operated within a customer facing (preferably fashion retail) environment
- You will be results/KPI driven and lead from the front at all times
- You will have a proven track record in managing a retail team and unit (a minimum of 1 years management experience for Deputy Manager applications)
