This brand new role has been created within professional recruitment to support the growth, drive and achievements of the team. The recruitment advisor will deliver effective and efficient support to the Head of Graduate Recruitment, and also support the broader team to provide specialist knowledge and a quality service to our partners and stores.
Your responsibilities will be varied and challenging, they include:
- Maintaining our candidate management database
- Developing strong campus relationships with universities and student societies
- Supporting assessment days, planning and attending events
- Compiling management information to help define strategy
- Reviewing and implementing a graduate retention strategy
- Developing and maintaining a graduate communication strategy
- Liaising with our external marketing providers and supporting website advertising
You will have previous recruitment experience, which will include exposure to candidate management systems and significant candidate and client interaction.
You will ideally have an understanding of a professional recruitment environment, sound project management skills and a keen interest in compiling statistical information.
A people person and natural communicator, you will have an ability to build rapport easily, manage priorities and organise your own workload.
This role can include extensive travel during the busy campus season.
