They are looking for the BEST Store Manager in the retail market who will be accountable for delivering exceptional customer service, resulting in maximisation of sales opportunities. The role is a management role managing the Assistant Manager and a number of Sales Managers and consultants, to ensure the sales team are achieving KPIs, and manage each sales person on a daily basis.
Managing through individual meetings, setting targets and communicating minimum expectations.
You will be on hand to deal with individual customers and closing deals, giving advice and leading by example.
Training each week with sales consultants and regular performance reviews.
