The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor for our Huntingdon store, to support the Store Manager in ensuring; the efficient running of the store, leading of the staff, maximising sales opportunities and satisfying customer expectations at all times.



The Accountabilities

  • Drive sales initiatives & ensure staff are having conversations with customers about appropriate products to achieve cross-selling & trading up
  • Ensure relevant store standards checks are carried out and any necessary actions taken
  • Stock management including promotions and new products
  • Legislation compliance
  • Lead the team, including identifying and supporting individuals with potential
  • Ensure adequate levels of staffing to meet customer needs
  • Duty management on a rota basis


The Requirements for the Role

 
  • Ideally you will have at least two years senior sales or supervisory experience gained within customer service environment, preferably retail
  • Ability to motivate and lead a successful team
  • Proven track record in sales performance and stock control
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
