As Assistant Manager you will be working closely with the Store Manager using your existing skills and focusing on areas where you need to develop to progress in your role. It will be your responsibility to lead by example - coaching and developing the customer service team as well as motivating them to work pro-actively.
You will have the support from your Store Manager to focus on the leadership skills required to progress to Store Management in the future.
We are seeking experienced Assistant Managers from a customer service facing role with the drive and determination to succeed with exceptional communication skills. You will have strong commercial, visual and leadership skills and be able to implement exceptional store standards
You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in driving sales and achieving growth.
