The Role
Working as a Branch Manager in Monsoon Accessorize gives you the opportunity to hone your managerial skills within an exciting retail environment.You will work in conjunction with your Area Manager, developing your team as well as ensuring the continued commercial success of your store.
Key Responsibilities
This role will give you the opportunity to lead and inspire your team to ensure your store is maximising its potential. Your responsibilities fall within 6 key areas of the store, these include:
- Sales and Customer Service
- Budget and Cost Control
- Stock Presentation and Management
- People Management
- Branch Operations
- Health & Safety and Security
