In this role your main responsibility will be to maximise concession profits through the effective management of resources.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for the management of the brands.
• Managing a team of people including recruiting and employee relations
• Maximising sales opportunities
• Merchandising and Housekeeping
• Analysing concession sales information
• Security
• Health and Safety
To be a success in this role you will have commercial understanding and knowledge of the fashion retail business, excellent leadership and coaching skills together with excellent customer service, communication and visual merchandising skills.
