We are looking for an exceptional candidate to fill the role of Store Manager to be based in Ilkley.
My client has expanded hugely over the past couple of years and continues to grow rapidly. The creative team places emphasis on design, construction and price therefore creating a product that keeps customers coming back for more.
We are looking for a driven and highly commercial individual who thrives in a challenging environment and has a proven track record of results. Your background will definitely include Store Management experience as well as working to KPI's.
As Store Manager you will drive the highest standards of performance in all aspects of retail operations. You will be involved in all aspects of developing the brand and this will include all operational issues, training, team building, and excellent customer service, achieving targets and driving the business forward.
