Merchandiser / Stock Planner up to £25k + bonus + benefits, based Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.Retail Planner / Merchandiser required to work for one of Europe’s largest electrical retailers. Reporting to a Senior Merchandiser. This role will be responsible for producing reports, generating intake requirements within guidelines that result in a weekly order placed with major electrical suppliers. Typical values range from circa £1m to £10m. This role will be accountable for generating intake of stock into the business within agreed stock targets and distribution capacity constraints, controlling allocation and grading systems to meet availability targets. You as a Planner / Merchandiser will be responsible for stock and ensuring merchandising can be executed to meet chain display requirements. You will build close relationships with supplier counterparts to ensure a continuity of supply and to minimise failed deliveries through an effective management of progress chasing.
To apply for this role you will have the following skills & experience:
At least 1 years experience in a commercialmerchandising / planning environment. Previous experience of Stock Management Systems would be an advantage
