We are now recruiting for an Assistant Manager for our Peterborough store. We want to hear from any well established, confident people who believe that they have the enthusiasm, drive and motivation to work within a demanding environment.

What do we need from our candidate?

·Be an exsisting Assistant Manager or Supervisor

·Be confident and comfortable in a commercially driven environment with a proven track record of driving sales

·Have strong coaching and development skills needed to establish a well formed and strong performing team

·Be equipped to assist the Store Manager in maximising the stores sales and profitability

·Assist us in developing the brand name and image of the company through compliance of company policy and procedures

·Be committed to delivering unequalled levels of customer service through your team

·You will help to promote that high standards of store and visual merchandising; ensuring that store housekeeping standards are continually achieved

·You will be an integral part of motivating your team assisting them in achieving agreed retail objectives

·You must also be confident in your management abilities, you will be required to liaise with the Area Manager and HR in dealing with matters concerning employee recruitment, training, disciplinaries, dismissal and conduct.

· To be responsible for the complete and efficient running of the store in the Managers absence
