As an experienced Manager you will be responsible for a Boutique on a day to day basis. You will ensure that your team of Beauty Therapists and Beauty Consultants adhere to all company procedures and legislation. You will possess a confident and fun personality to drive sales and to lead by example. Key responsibilities include recruitment and development of your team, agreeing and monitoring sales targets, holding promotions and events, maintaining stock, cash handling and related business administration. Ideally from a cosmetic, fashion, footwear or airline background you must have experience in Store Management.
The role encompasses all aspects of staff and customer service management and you will need to be well organised and a good communicator. Brand standards will be high and you must be able to demonstrate how you can drive the business forward within this dynamic and sales driven environment.
