ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Be an inspirational consultative sales driver and be able to motivate a focussed sales team without compromising our customer service standards.
b) Ensure exceptional store standards are achieved and maintained.
c) Have excellent communication and people management skills.
d) Set KPI objectives and performance manage your team effectively.
e) Recruitment and train your team to the highest standards.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Have an accomplished track record of business growth and development as a Retail Manager.
b) Retailing experience in a consultative selling environment, ideally with premium products.
c) Be experienced with budgeting, setting and managing individual sales and performance targets for your team.
d) Be able to show where you have delivered fantastic customer experience personally and through your team.
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Previous experience of Jewellery and watches is an advantage but not essential as full product training will be given.
You may have experience in the following roles: Store Manager, Retail Manager, Concession Store Manager, Concessions Manager, Store Deputy Manager, Deputy Retail Manager, Assistant Retail Manager, Retail Team Leader, Retail Management etc
