Business Analyst – Business Systems Analyst

£40K-60K per annum
DSGI are looking to secure the services of a talented Business Systems Analyst to join the IS Department working on a number of ongoing challenging programmes centred on the planning, design, development and implementation of core systems supporting the organisation.
Reporting into the Programme Manager you will be required to work with the business functions to analyse, understand and document business processes across the organisation. You will assess the scope of, and conduct cost/benefit analysis on requirements and provide hands on support for the testing plan moving forward.
To succeed in this role you will be an experienced Business Systems Analyst capable of using structured techniques for analysis and process definition. You will have previous experience of hardware/software design and implementation on a large scale within the retail industry. You will also need to have a detailed and strategic understanding of the retail commercial operations including a solid understanding of forecasting and replenishment, buying and merchandising and the business functions within a fast paced retail business.
