You will be providing great customer service to all customers in all areas of the store; processing stock and ensuring the store is merchandised to a high standard. You will also work in all areas of the store as needed to support your colleagues to deliver store profit targets.
What will I be doing?
. Stock receipt and delivery checking
. Stock replenishment
. Price verification
. Planogram and range change activity
. Security compliance -security/tagging and safer procedures
. General housekeeping and hygiene
. In depth stock management, such as stock level reports and displays
. Store merchandised to a high standard and in particular ready for key trading days, such as Bank holidays or weekends.
Other duties may include
. Providing advice and guidance to customers
. Responding quickly and efficiently to all customer requests
. Offering customers add-on products and services
. Processing customer sales and credit agreements
If you do not have any experience in this area, do not worry we have a very comprehensive training programme that will help you learn everything you need to know.
