RETAIL OPERATIONS RECRUITMENT
The Retail Operations team are Associate Directors Anna Batros and Louise Colkin, both of whom have extensive experience from their careers with brands such as Esprit, Jigsaw, Topshop & Gap.
  • Anna’s most recent position was as Sales Manager for another recruitment business where she oversaw the overall performance of the consultants and managed key accounts.
  • Louise’s background included recruiting at all levels of Retail Operations, and running an on-site recruitment operation for one of the UK’s largest retailers.
HEAD OFFICE RECRUITMENT
Jane Stammers, Mary Anderson-Ford and Laura Crossley are the Associate Directors for Head Office positions. All are well-known in their vertical markets, their experience spanning the Merchandising, Buying, Design and Technical worlds.
  • Jane has recruited for the Creative, Design and Technical world for nearly a decade, with a focus on mid-senior positions within the luxury sector.
  • Mary’s specialism is in the merchandising sector, where for nearly 4 years she’s worked at all levels from Allocator to Director, most recently concentrating on Executive Appointments.
  • In addition to recruiting Buyers herself, Laura was previously responsible for a team of consultants working across B&M, D&T, PR & Marketing and Administrative Support.
