Welcome to court & spark consulting!
We are a boutique recruitment business that specialises in Retail Operations. We have a clear vision, which is to help our clients find the best candidates for their Area Manager, Regional Manager and Retail Director opportunities.
We aspire to be the best in our market place, not the biggest. We work to a strict code of conduct with both our clients and candidates, based on honesty, openness and professionalism. We are constantly monitoring and challenging our behaviours to ensure that we are consistently ethical in our approach, and this has been the foundation of our success to date. Our focus is clearly on the long-term and we plan to grow our business based upon the strength of our relationships with clients and candidates alike.

We are constantly developing our search processes, our network of contacts and our database so that we can react quickly to meet your requirements. With a success rate on assignments that are given to us exclusively running at just below 100% we are confident that we can meet any recruitment challenge! In addition to our expertise in Retail Operations, we will undertake searches for senior executives and/or Board Directors representing all other functions as well as general management leadership roles.
